Set of 4, Mid-Century, gray velvet Friso Kramer designed 'Result' chairs. Friso Kramer and Wim Rietveld designed the chair while working at Ahrend. Because the chair is light and sturdy, it was frequently produced for Dutch schools in the 1960s and 1970s. Its sheet steel frame was considered an innovative piece of technology at the time, helping shape a new way of production. This set has light gray enameled steel legs with newly upholstered gray velvet seats and seat backs. Frames in original condition with visible signs of wear consistent with age and use, including some enamel loss. Set price.
