Wim Rietveld 535 Mosquito Table with Wood Tray

This 'Mosquito' coffee table, Model No. 535, is by famous Dutch designer Wim Rietveld for Gispen. The table has thin black enameled metal legs inspirited as "mosquito" legs, with a lower round wood shelf and a plate glass top that sits on the "knees" of the mosquito. In original condition with visible wear consistent with its age and use. Other 'Mosquito' tables available, listed separately (T300). Two available with the wood top, this one is 14" tall, the other is 15.25".
