Pair of Art Deco Hildo Krop style Amsterdam School Cabinets

Hildo Krop Style / Netherlands

Pair of Art Deco cabinets each with single door and inner shelves. These delicate cabinets have an oak body with ebony and cocobolo accents. One has wood blocks glued inside on the floor of the cabinet, the use and reason are unknown. The vibrant Amsterdam School was a distinctively Dutch form of architecture and design. The trend, which came into being following the New Art and Art Nouveau schools, is thought of as the extremely original Dutch equivalent of the Art Deco movement. In original condition with visible wear consistent with their age and use. Set price.
