Mid-Century '7800 Series' Desk by A.R Cordemeyer for Gispen

Late 1950's, early 1960's '7800 Series' (to be precise, the "7840") desk designed by A. R Cordemeyer for Gispen. The desk has one side cabinet with three drawers and a dark gray frame and linoleum top. Part of the "Kleuro" line of office furniture, a line that used color to great effect in a scheme that echoed those used by the artists associated with "De Stijl" art movement. Still has the original Gispen sticker. In original condition with visible wear consistent with its age and use.
