Osvaldo Borsani Black Modus Bar Stools for Tecno

Osvaldo Borsani / Tecno / Centro Progetti Tecno / Italy

Osvaldo Borsani designed, 1970's, black molded plastic "Modus" bar stools by Tecno with original black fabric seat cushions. Part of the highly successful Modus series that had its chair win the SMAU Prize in 1973. The series was an effort by the Centro Progetti Tecno which spearheaded the company's notion that designs should possess a clear and easily identifiable communicative style. Pneumatic seat height adjusts from 26.5" to 31.5". In original condition with visible wear consistent with their age and use. Sold individually.
