Vintage Brown Mobach Vase

Since the company’s foundation in 1895, five generations of the Mobach family have been working with a team of staff in a historic building in Utrecht, The Netherlands. The Dutch pottery became one of the first companies to have mastered a technique for making large pots in serial production. That trailblazing method created incredibly striking ceramics that were then paired with their proprietary glazes. Most notable were their shiny golden, mat golden and other metallic glazes. This very unusual approach lead to a body of work that has stood the test of time because of its quality, uniqueness and the company's impeccable esthetics. Time has proven any Mobach ceramic piece to be very desirable and this textured vase, marked on the bottom, is no exception.
