VEB Haldensleben / East Germany

VEB Haldensleben was established in East Germany in 1945. The acronym VEB refers for the German "Volkseigener Betrieb," which means a people-owned business and is connected to state-owned workplaces in the GDR. The production of high-quality vases, in a typically more muted color scheme was Halsdenleben's main activity.
