The iconic De Sede DS600 "Nonstop" or "Snake" sectional sofa by Ueli Berger, Eleanora Peduzzi-Riva and Heinz Ulrich. This excellent example is in black leather and consists of 13 pieces that zip together with dark brown wool felt on the sides and back. When zipped together the sofa can be curved in or out to varying degrees, shown here in a half-moon shape. In vintage condition with visible wear, including some scratching and some color loss. The leather has previously been over-dyed black by the previous owner with some over-spray onto the felt. There is visible wear and patina, including some signs of paint loss and cracking to the leather. Wear is consistent with its age and use.
