A delicate Italian Ico Parisi style, two tiered, brass and lacquered wood bar cart or tea trolley with graceful, curved lines. The wheels spin 360 degrees, wear has caused some of the wheels to struggle to turn. Lightly refinished with remaining visible wear such as patina, scratching to the frame and glass shelves.
