Large solid oak sideboard with lots of Brutalist appeal. Designed by Frans Defours, Belgian furniture historian and maker and seemingly inspired the designs pioneered by the likes of Pierre Chapo and Robert Mouseman Thompson. Heavy, well built and solid construction with metal pulls. Has some wear, consistent with age and use. Backboard has cut-out in corner (pictured).
