Italian 195'0s Mid-Century Modern double bed frame with built in nightstands. The sleek frame showcases a massive paneled headboard that consists of tightly spaced, vertically paneled wood slats. On either side of the headboard floats a suspended bedside table with rounded drawer faces and inlaid diamond design. The drawer pulls are cast brass, each nightstand is glass topped. There are light switches for each nightstand, ready to be wired for your choice of lighting. A wonderful example of Italian modernism, attributed to manufacturer La Permanente Mobili Cantù. Lightly refinished, in otherwise original condition with visible wear including some scratching, chipping and discoloration, all consistent with it's age and use. There are some holes under the night stands that were made from the previous owner. If you wish to see this in person, we require advance notice for assembly.
